Damola Adekanmbi is the Managing Director and co-founder of Royal Beacon Engineering, a civil engineering construction and consulting firm with a passion for applying modern and age old engineering techniques for providing simple solutions.

Damola has over a decade of experience working for corporate organizations that deal with large-scale construction, project management as well property development.  He has served in various incremental capacities ranging from Project Engineer to Quality Assurance Engineer to Project Manager on these projects.

He holds a Bachelors’ degree in Civil Engineering (2008) from Obafemi Awolowo University, he is a COREN registered Engineer , a Corporate member of Nigerian Society of Engineers .

Damola has been involved in the execution of several construction and design consultancy projects within Nigeria.

Damola  has been priviledged to have attended several training courses at the Lagos Business School including Productivity Management and innovation Management.

HE is married to Inumidun, and blessed with awesome kids.
